Tracy and Lauri Smith, Franklin, Neb., announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Brandi Smith, to Bradley Leiker, son of Larry and Kellie Leiker, Hays.
The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Franklin Public Schools and a 2009 graduate of Fort Hays State University. She is employed at Hess Services Inc.
The prospective bridegroom is a 2003 graduate of Hays High School. He is employed at Perf-Tech Wireline Services.
An Oct. 31, 2009, wedding is planned at Fanchon Ballroom, Hays.
