Dennis and Janet Meyer, Garden Plain, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Jennifer Meyer, to Brady Werth, son of Gary and Cindy Werth, Quinter.

Grandparents of the couple are Melvin and Mary Dold, the late Clem and Marie Meyer, Richard and Juliette Schreiner, Rosemary Werth and the late George Werth.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Garden Plain High School and a 2008 graduate of Fort Hays State University with a degree in elementary education. She is employed at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School, Wichita.

The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Quinter High School and a 2009 graduate of FHSU with a degree in biology. He is employed at GG&T Cattle Co., Quinter.

A Dec. 5, 2009, wedding is planned at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Garden Plain.
