Jim and Frances Gordon, Pomona, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary April 27, 2008, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Pomona Community Center with a reception hosted by their children.

Children of the couple are Anne Anderson, Wellsville, Kathryn Casper, Fort Collins, Colo., Victoria Homeier, Loveland, Colo., and Jackie Gordon-Tozzi, Florence, Italy.

The couple have four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Jim Gordon and Frances Lillian Grabbe were married April 19, 1958, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hays.
