Ricky Romine, 58, Russell, formerly of Palco, died Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009, at Hays Medical Center.
He was born Oct. 2, 1951, in Hays, to Richard and Lucile (Rothenberger) Romine.
Survivors include his parents, Victoria, and two brothers, Reggie Romine, Topeka and Rory Romine, Victoria.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Moore-Overlease Funeral Chapel, Plainville; cremation is being planned.
Memorials are suggested to LINK Inc. of Hays in care of the funeral home.
