M. Ernestine Sullivan, 92, Arlington, formerly of Hays and Pratt, died Friday, June 26, 2009, at Promise Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson.

She was born Nov. 8, 1916, in Arlington, to Jesse James and Myrtle Elizabeth Ousley Stull. She was a 1934 graduate of Arlington High School.

She married Dallas Jackson Sullivan on July 15, 1935, in Arlington. He preceded her in death Dec. 28, 1994. She was a bookkeeper for the family business, D.J. Sullivan Oil Co., Arlington, and a homemaker.

Survivors include two sons, Duane, Arlington, and Danny and wife, Gail, Great Bend; two daughters, Dalline Sullivan and Deanna Mick and husband, Lee, Arlington; two brothers, Kenneth Stull, Arlington and Keith Stull, Hutchinson; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and three step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Helen Stull; and a brother, Chester Stull.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Arlington United Methodist Church; burial in Arlington Cemetery.
