Jason A. Kanak
Jason A. Kanak, 31, Scott City, formerly of Hays, died Wednesday, July 30, 2008, as the result of an automobile accident in Scott County.
He was born June 7, 1977, in Atwood to Joe Kanak III and Lynette Leinwetter Kanak.
He married Lisa Jennison on Nov. 17, 2001, in Hays. He was a certified public accountant at Brass Tax, Scott City.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son, Jaren A. Kanak, Scott City; his parents. Atwood; a sister, Linda Bolen, Salina; and his grandparents, Ed and Eileen Leinwetter, Topeka, and Joe and Beatrice Kanak, Atwood.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at United Methodist Church, Scott City; burial in Scott County Cemetery.
Visitation will be until 8 p.m. today at Price Sons Funeral Home, Scott City.
Memorials are suggested to Kanak Children Education Fund in care of the funeral home.
