Irma M. (Murphy) Lee

Irma M. (Murphy) Lee, 92, Kensington, died Wednesday, May 7, 2008, at Prairie Haven, Kensington.

She was born Jan. 27, 1916, in Woodston to Elton and Alice (Manion) Murphy.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include two sons, Lyn Lee, Kensington, and Ray Lee, Olathe; a daughter, Jana Jones, Shawnee; a brother, Don Murphy, Topeka; a sister, June Downing, Englewood, Colo.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob," and a daughter, Marlene.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Simmons-Rentschler Mortuary, Smith Center.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the mortuary.

Memorials are suggested to Wagner Park, Smith Center, in care of the mortuary.
