Carolee Mae Gorey

Carolee Mae Gorey, 89, Sharon Springs, died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2008, at her home.

She was born May 12, 1919, in Sharon Springs to Boyd Buford and Bessie Myrtle (Cochrane) Bouslog. She graduated from Wallace County Community High School, Sharon Springs.

She married Jay Gailey in 1941 at Quartzite, Ariz. He preceded her in death in 1963. She later married Charles Gorey in early 1970s in Las Vegas. He preceded her in death in 1978. She was an auditor at Caesar's Palace in the financial offices.

Survivors include a son, David Gailey, Kanorado; a sister, Leora Goudy, Sharon Springs; three grandsons; six step-grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.

Cremation is being planned and there will be no service.

Memorials are suggested to American Heart Association in care of Koons Funeral Home, 211 N. Main, Goodland, KS 67735.
