Doyle Thomas
Doyle Thomas, 80, Bogue, died Saturday, Oct. 4, 2008, at Graham County Hospital, Hill City.
He was born Dec. 27, 1927, in rural Graham County to Herbert Lemuel and Lulu Elsie (Gish) Thomas.
He married Gloria Belle Woodside on Dec. 24, 1952, in Morland. He was a farmer. He was a U.S. veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; a daughter, Gail Allen, Bogue; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Mark Lloyd Thomas.
Services were today at Red Line Church of God, rural Palco; burial in Pleasant View Cemetery, Palco.
Memorials are suggested to Graham County Hospital nursing staff in care of the funeral home.
