Gilbert M. Courtain II
Gilbert M. Courtain II, 50, Norton, died Friday, Aug. 22, 2008, in Norton.
He was born Sept. 6, 1957, in Norton to Gilbert M. and Ila (Hoover) Courtain. He graduated from Norton Community High School and American Technical College.He worked for Trigard Vaults and Danny Heller's lawn care business.
Survivors include a son, Michael Courtain; a "special" son, Mark Klinger II, Lamar, Mo.; his mother and step-father, Ila and Ron Marble, Norton; and three sisters, Patricia Kauten and Cynthia Linner, both of Norton, and Kimberly Linner, Almena.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Enfield Funeral Home, Norton; burial in Mount Hope Cemetery, Almena.
Visitation will be 3 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to educational fund for Michael Courtain or Hospice Services of Norton County in care of the funeral home.
