Ann Martin
Ann (Haller) Martin, 91, Herndon, died Thursday, Aug. 28, 2008.
She was born Aug. 7, 1917, near Beardsley to Adam and Hester (Rooney) Haller.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include four sons, Robert Martin and Henry Martin, both of Herndon, John Martin, El Paso, Texas, and Richard Martin, Lebanon, Neb.; four daughters, Julia Geisinger, Selden, Cecilia Lehman, Tribune, Lucille Evans, McCook, Neb., and Irma Schreiber, Scottsdale, Ariz.; four brothers, Jake Haller, Richland, Mo., Charles Haller Fort Lupton, Colo., Joe Haller, Cedar City, Utah, and Pat Haller, Hemmingford, Neb.; a sister, Monica Adams, Landers, Calif.; 24 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, August Martin, and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Herndon; burial in St. Mary Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Pauls Funeral Home, Oberlin, and from 5 to 8 p.m. at the church.
A vigil will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at the church.
Memorials are suggested to Ann Martin Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
